The Committee members listened to the reports of the leaders of ministries and other central executive bodies.
The People´s Deputies stated that Ukrainian Government fails to uphold the requests of budget fund administrators concerning allocations for Year 2008 due to the effective State programs and standards of army provision.
The Committee deems essential to provide funding of the most important fields, namely: cash security of military servicemen and remuneration of employees´ labour in 100% of budget requests, construction and purchase of lodgments in 100%, technical re-equipment in 100%, utilization of missiles, ammunition, antipersonnel mines, rocket fuel in 100%".
The Committee also deems necessary to exclude the regulations that aggravate legally established standards of social protection from the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for Year 2008 and Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine".
